Happy New Year to all my readers, that is, if you have anything to celebrate, what with the way the world is going. Believe me, the situation isn’t any better in the ROK.
At any rate, calm your nerves and groove on down to the latest instalment in my much-delayed odyssey to find my fans’ favourite Peel sessions of all time. This time, we’re moving into more traditional territory, with a brace of classic punk sessions, two live Maida Vale extravaganzas, and a pair of JP’s much-loved reggae artistes. There are still surprises, however, with one truly rare but surprisingly good session from the seventies, and of course some git whining and moaning in the background.
